Frequently Asked Questions
How is the daily study requirement calculated?
The calculator multiplies your remaining chapters by estimated hours per chapter, then subtracts a 10–15% buffer runway dedicated strictly to previous year questions (PYQs) and mock papers. The remaining hours are distributed across school days (approx. 40% weight) and holidays (approx. 60% weight).
Why is a mock exam buffer necessary?
Finishing the syllabus on the eve of the exam leaves zero time to practice exam hall time management. Reserving 7 to 14 days before DHSE exams ensures you can attempt at least 3 full-length 60-mark model papers under timed conditions.
